As much as possible, do not let stress overtake your happiness in any typical day. The only way to relieve stress is by talking about it to someone who understands you. You can also exercise or do yoga.

Strive to employ others rather than seeking employment. You can convert your talent to a source of employment. You can also analyze the market to see whether there are any gaps that you can venture in. Do not let the fear of tomorrow prevent you from living a comfortable life today.

Focus on the good moments as a team. Whenever you feel threatened, or whenever you are unsure of the future, focus on the current situation. In most cases, you are not sure how President Trump will affect your day to day activities. You are not certain whether his presidency will do more harm than good. However, focus on the good times that Obama had in office.
