Have a confirmation mail sent indicating that the order has been received? The mail should be well customized and with pictures. Equally, confirm to the customer that you are shipping the order when you do so. Take note that these mails are not to be marketing other products. If they do, then they would work for you as it would seem to be looking after your interests only. The customer has been said to be King. As such, the customer has to be made to feel important by having all the attention on them.

Another important thing is the boxing experience. You should package your product as it communicates with you and your brand.
