So many people have goals and dreams when it comes to physical fitness. But, the unfortunate fact is that those dreams typically stay as dreams; they are rarely realized. Plant a garden in your yard. Many don't expect gardening to be as difficult as it is. There is weeding, digging and there's also a whole lot of squatting going on. You can garden to help you burn a few extra calories a week, or you can think of other simple tasks to complete around your home.

Are you short on time for exercising? Break up the workout into two separate routines. All you need to do is divide your time in half; expanding the total time you spend working out isn't necessary.
